We create innovative and unique designs persistently created with the best quality in mind. Every order is designed and manufactured by hand in house.

SIZING: Personal sizing will be given alongside a purchase at pop-up locations. If you are ordering a garment online, Contact us with your height, weight, bust/torso, shoulder, and arm measurements, as well as the piece or pieces you would like to purchase. We will tell you the dimensions of the piece you want to buy, and how it would fit you. If the piece you're purchasing has multiple sizes, we will inform you and tell you dimensions and fit of each size. We will get back to you within two days.

SHIPPING: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Most orders will ship within 1 to 5 business days after your order is received. Business days are Monday - Friday, excluding USA Federal holidays. For domestic orders over $250 USD, your package will be shipped with 'Signature Confirmation' service.

LOST PACKAGES: We are not responsible for packages lost by the mail couriers, and you will have to reach out directly to the courier (USPS, UPS, FEDEX, or DHL) to open a missing package claim with them. They will be able to better assist in locating your package, as we have no visibility on your package once it leaves the studio.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: You are responsible for all duties and taxes on your order. If you refuse a shipment from Notapyramid, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees, duties and/or taxes that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Notapyramid. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise store credit. In the instance that the return fee exceeds the amount of the merchandise plus shipping costs, the package will be abandoned and you will not be reimbursed. 

Depending on your country you will have the option to prepay your duties and taxes at checkout. This means you will not have to pay these fees when your order arrives, and we guarantee that you will not be required to pay additional costs upon delivery. Duties and taxes are calculated based on the items ordered, your shipment destination and the value of your purchase, and are added to your order total in the shopping cart. Duties and taxes are nonrefundable. These duties & taxes are beyond our control as they are set by the Customs Authority of the destination country and depend on a number of factors, such as: country of origin of the purchased product, local VAT rates, & Local import taxes.

Deliveries to some countries also have the option at checkout to not pay for the duties, taxes, and fees upfront. Instead, you agree to pay all applicable fees upon delivery. We cannot guarantee the cost of the fees upon delivery, as the fees are calculated by your local customs authority. It will be your responsibility to pay these charges if and when asked to by your local authorities.

INVALID OR INSUFFICIENT ADDRESS: If your items are returned because of an invalid or insufficient address we will have to charge you to reship your package. If you do not want your package to be reshipped, you will be issued a store credit for the order total, and the shipping amount will be deducted from your store credit amount.

RETURNS POLICY: If eligible, online orders have a 2 day return policy with reason (2 days to give time if tracking service is inaccurate). Contact us with tracking number, order number, reason for return, and ship to address below. Notapyramid doesn't cover shipping costs. If item doesn't arrive after one month (two months for international orders), is unauthentic, damaged, incorrect item on receipt, or arrives without order number, a refund will not be granted. Cancellations aren't accepted, you may return item once it is received to be reimbursed.

FAQ: All Notayramid Clothing is designed in North America by Rollie Keel. All clothing has been quality checked before shipping. Garments are sold as 1 of 1 items, although a recreation of the piece with certain changes may be released as a different drop. Prototypes are either not created, or scrapped for fabric. You're purchase is 100% 1-of-1 unless otherwise specified.

TERMS & CONDITIONS: We hold the right to update and change information to this constitution. If any policies are updated an email will be sent to all website members. All items sold in person or online are retail and once sold are not connected to us in any means of price and may be resold. All items sold on this website are legally created under the brand name Notapyramid, and are authentic.

PRIVACY POLICY: Checkout is secured by SSL Secured Shopping (Secure Sockets Layer). Cookies are used to make your browsing service easier and to save browsing information. When you log onto the website your general location is given to website manager for statistics. Members are automatically signed into the email campaign but can unsubscribe once an email is received.
